- Photo and identity proof of applicant
- PAN and address proof
- Business address proof
- Food business category and product details
- Mobile number and email ID
Business / Premises Documents
- Rent agreement or ownership proof
- NOC from owner, where applicable
- Partnership deed, incorporation certificate or LLP agreement, if applicable
- List of directors/partners/proprietor details
- Layout plan, water test report or food safety plan where required for state/central license
