Director / Shareholder Documents

  • PAN card of all proposed directors and shareholders
  • Aadhaar card and mobile number linked with Aadhaar
  • Passport, voter ID, driving licence or other address proof
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Email ID and phone number of directors
  • Digital Signature Certificate details, if already available

Registered Office Documents

  • Electricity bill, water bill or property tax receipt, generally not older than 2 months
  • Rent agreement if office is rented
  • NOC from owner for using premises as registered office
  • Ownership proof if premises are owned

  • Main business activity
  • Authorized and paid-up share capital
  • Shareholding ratio
  • Director roles and subscriber details
